Just a quick post to let everyone know that tomorrow morning we are off to Venice via Verona. Our InterCity train (hopefully with Harry Potter compartments) leaves at 6:39am, necessitating a 6am bus ride to the station. I suspect there will be some sleepy people on the train ride, but everyone will undoubtedly perk up when we stop for 30 minutes in Bologna to change trains.
On the last trip I convinced Gloria and Anastasia that we had to swim to Venice with our bags balanced on our heads - some of this group looked a bit horrifed until they realised that I was joking.
A big update will happen on our return - hopefully with lots of photos in the Spring sunshine!
Thanks for the updates we look forward to them and the photo's. Hope you're all having a blast and it's not to cold. Buy more clothes right, just remember you have to carry it all back.
